Tomorrow, we may have Cream of Pumpkin Soup, Shrimp Indienne and Vegetable Accras as starters and the entrées may be West Indian Stewed Pork with Eggplant, Beef in Guinness and Fried Salmon Fillets in Coconut Sauce and Vegetarian Blackeye Peas Croquettes with Tamarind Sauce....We always have Grilled Fish, Shrimp and Chicken with lovely salsas and Garlic Butter and Tamarind Sauce.
